-  SIMPLE DIY GUMMY RECIPE AND TUTORIAL -

Easily turn your favorite Sailor Mercy Elderberry Syrup into delicious gummies that your whole family will LOVE!!

ELDERBERRY SYRUP

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

In a small saucepan, gently warm elderberry syrup over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Do not overheat. Add the gelatin and whisk thoroughly until dissolved.

When the gelatin is dissolved, immediately remove the syrup from the heat. Using the dropper, carefully pour the liquid into the molds.

The gummies will begin to gel within a few minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours to make them easier to pop out of the molds cleanly. When the gummies have completed solidified, remove from the molds and store an airtight container in the refrigerator.  Gummies can also be stored in the freezer up to 6 months if you would prefer. 

FIRE CIDER

 

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

In a small saucepan, gently warm apple juice or apple cider over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Do not overheat. Add the gelatin and whisk thoroughly until dissolved.

When the gelatin is dissolved, immediately remove from heat and let cool just a bit before mixing in the Fire Cider. Using the dropper, carefully pour the liquid into the molds.

The gummies will begin to gel within a few minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours to make them easier to pop out of the molds cleanly. When the gummies have completed solidified, remove from the molds and store an airtight container in the refrigerator.  Gummies can also be stored in the freezer up to 6 months if you would prefer. 

**Recipe can EASILY be doubled, tripled, quadrupled as needed.  Makes for easy batching and can be stored up to 6 months in the freezer.  Be sure to add more gummy molds to your cart for larger batches.

SUGGESTED DOSING:

  • Adults: 1 tablespoon daily (about 5 gummies)

  • Kids: 1 teaspoon daily (about 2 gummies)

FOR MORE INTENSIVE USE:

  • Adults: 1 tablespoon, three times daily (about 15 gummies total)

  • Kids: 1 teaspoon, three times daily (about 6 gummies total)
